Little Max was set up in 1994 by Sarah McCartney who worked for six years in advertising and seven years at the Guardian Newspaper Group before taking a master's degree in corporate strategy and marketing. We run a very flexible organisation, all choosing to work from our own home offices, with inspired and expert individuals whom we bring in as specialists for each project we work on.
We suggest that business people who are only interested in business are very unlikely to understand their clients’ customers. We encourage all Little Max workers to spend time doing other interesting things outside of work to fill their heads with new ideas, questions and experiences.
